Pastor Steve leads with a lifelong dedication to God’s Word and a passion for teaching with clarity and purpose. Pastor Dan carries a powerful testimony of God’s restoration and a heart to see others experience the same freedom and transformation he has known. Tina and Elaine faithfully support the ministry through their day‑to‑day service, offering stability, care, and a genuine heart for people. Their behind‑the‑scenes work helps strengthen the church and ensures that ministry can flourish.

Pastor Steve Navarette -
Pastor Steve gave his heart to Christ at just six years old, beginning a lifelong journey of faith and devotion to the Lord. Over the years, he has grown in his calling with a steady commitment to God’s Word and a genuine desire to see believers mature in their walk with Christ. Married to Tina for over 30 years, he has lived out his faith through both ministry and the business world, carrying Christ’s heart into every place God has positioned him. Pastor Steve is known for his love for God’s people, his dedication to sound teaching, and his passion for helping others discover and walk confidently in their God‑given purpose.
Pastor Dan Briggs -
Although I grew up in church, I didn’t truly receive Jesus as my personal Savior until I was 38 years old. Much of my early life was marked by struggle. I battled a mild case of dyslexia and a serious attention deficit disorder, which made reading extremely difficult. Those challenges, combined with deep anger I didn’t know how to handle, eventually led me into a dark place — even to the point of considering taking my own life.
One day, during a moment of despair, my wife Elaine knocked on the door and interrupted what could have been a tragic decision. Not long after, I sought professional help. I went into those appointments angry and came out just as angry, feeling stuck and hopeless.
One afternoon, while watching TV, I saw an offer for a bundle of older ministry videos — Oral Roberts, Benny Hinn, Marilyn Hickey. It reminded me of the meetings my family took me to as a child, so I ordered the set, hoping it might rekindle something in my heart.
While watching one of the videos, I saw a young girl being healed in a Benny Hinn service. Her braces were removed, and she ran, crying with joy. I asked God, “Why don’t I feel anything like that?” And I heard Him speak clearly to my heart: “Because you are angry with Me.”
I didn’t want that anger in my life. Then I heard the Lord say, “Go to Church on the Rock.” So my children and I went. We arrived an hour late, and the ushers seated us right up front — with me in the very front row. Marilyn Hickey happened to be the guest speaker that day. In the middle of her message, she called me out and gave me two scriptures about anger toward God. Then she repeated the exact words the Lord had spoken to me at home: “Because you are angry with Me.” She went on to say, “God has never left you nor forsaken you. His arms have always been outstretched toward you.”
In that moment, the anger broke. I was set free and born again.
Since then, God has helped me read His Word, and He still speaks to me clearly through Scripture. This is how He gives me the messages I preach. I am forever grateful for what the Lord has done in my life, and I have never been the same.
Tina Navarette -
Tina gave her life to Christ in 1986, marking the beginning of a sincere and steady walk with the Lord. From the early years of her marriage to Pastor Steve, she has faithfully embraced God’s calling on their lives. Together, they received a prophetic word declaring that God would use them in the financial realm and in teaching—a word they have watched unfold with clarity and purpose over the years.
Tina has been faithfully involved in both ministry and the business world, carrying Christ’s heart into every place God has positioned her. Her life reflects a deep love for God, a willingness to serve, and a desire to see believers grow in spiritual maturity and purpose.
She continues to walk out her calling with faithfulness and a steady devotion to building God’s Kingdom in every season.
Elaine Briggs -
Elaine was born again in 1997, a moment that marked the beginning of a sincere and growing walk with the Lord. Over the years, she has faithfully pursued God’s calling on her life, both as a wife and as a woman of worship. Elaine has served as a worship leader, using her gifts to create an atmosphere where people can encounter God’s presence in a meaningful way. Together with her husband, Dan, she has walked through seasons of challenge and transformation, witnessing firsthand the power of God’s grace and restoration. Her life reflects a steady devotion to Christ, a heart for worship, and a desire to see others experience the freedom and hope found in Him.
